Club Policies for Group Outings …
• All outings of 32 or more players require a $500 deposit, an initial estimate of the number of players, and completion of StoneRidge Golf Club’s Group Golf Contract
• StoneRidge requires a guaranteed number of players 14 days in advance. This guarantee cannot be reduced from the initial estimate by more than 20%.
• Pairings must be made available 48 hours prior to your day of play.
• Tournament signage must be provided to StoneRidge at least one day prior to the event
• Tournament and Hole Sponsors must adhere to sponsor guidelines provided by StoneRidge
• Only food & beverage product supplied by StoneRidge Golf Club will be allowed on property.
• Food & Beverage arrangements must be completed two weeks prior to the event with
the club’s Food & Beverage Director.
• Payment is preferred on the day of the event. If you require billing our terms are net 30 days.
