Services & Tournament Management …

  • All players greeted upon arrival and directed to Bag Drop
  • Bags are handled and loaded on carts for all players
  • Pairings and Alphabetical lists prepared by staff
  • Carts are conveniently staged directly behind Driving Range Tee with Cart Signs and Starting Holes
  • Welcome letters and official scorecards placed in carts
  • On-Course competitions, such as Closest to the Pin, Long Drive, Long Putt managed by StoneRidge staff
  • Tournament Sponsor Signage placed on course by StoneRidge staff and collected after play
  • Clubhouse Lobby features our new “welcome center” perfect for tournament registration
  • Range equipped with 8 Speaker PA system for Pre-Shotgun Announcements
  • Players led to starting holes by StoneRidge staff
  • On-course Beverage Service (two carts available) and Rangering provided

  • Two Beverage Carts available for On-Course Service (golfers will pass clubhouse F&B service twice during the round)

  • Box Lunches can be distributed in lobby during Tournament Registration

  • Banquet Hall and West Patio Clear Span Tent Structure can host up to 300 people and is perfect for Post Tournament Presentations and Silent Auctions

Club Policies for Group Outings …

  • All outings of 32 or more players require a $500 deposit, an initial estimate of the number of players, and completion of StoneRidge Golf Club’s Group Golf Contract
  • StoneRidge requires a guaranteed number of players 14 days in advance. This guarantee cannot be reduced from the initial estimate by more than 20%.Pairings must be made available 48 hours prior to your day of play
  • Tournament signage must be provided to StoneRidge at least one day prior to the event
  • Tournament and Hole Sponsors must adhere to sponsor guidelines provided by StoneRidge
  • Only food & beverage product supplied by StoneRidge will be allowed on property. Food & Beverage arrangements must be completed two weeks prior to the event with the club’s Director of Catering and Events
  • One invoice will be issued to the Tournament Coordinator. Payment is preferred on the day of the event
